About Lustig & Moar
Lustig & Moar has built an impressive reputation as one of Australia's most prestigious property developers.
Arriving in Australia more than 40 years ago, Managing Director Max Moar's vision was to build socially significant buildings that make a lasting impact on their surrounding landscape.
With projects including the Park Hyatt Hotel and Treasury Gardens Apartments (Melbourne), Grand Hyatt Hotel (Melbourne), Lucient (Melbourne), Chatswood Chase (Sydney) and Grand Hyatt Hotel (Hong Kong), the Company takes clear inspiration from sumptuous surroundings.
Max Moar - Director
Arriving in Australia at the age of twenty-three, it took Max Moar less than a decade to establish Lustig & Moar, one of Australia's leading construction businesses. Working with his then father-in-law, Ted Lustig, Max built the business from the ground up. From the very first day, and no matter what their size, projects are built to the highest standard of quality and within budget. Max Moar has been on site everyday working alongside the contractors and consultants, living the development.
"I am involved from Day one, initiating the concept and realising the dream."
Iris Lustig-Moar - Director
As Director of Lustig & Moar, Iris Lustig-Moar shares both her late father Ted's and Max's vision of creating spaces that cater for peoples needs today, tomorrow and long into the future.
